I used to think showing up daily was about discipline.
That if I just “wanted it bad enough,” I’d sit down, do the work, and hit publish.
Write the post.
Record the video.
Send the email.
But here’s the truth:
Discipline isn’t the problem.
Friction is.
👉 What actually helped me stay consistent wasn’t a new mindset.
It was a better system.
I put everything I needed in one place.
Created reusable templates.
Scheduled my time the same way every week.
No more overthinking.
No more “what should I say today?”
No more wasted willpower.
I lowered the barrier to entry so much that showing up became the default.
That’s the trick.
If it’s hard to start, you won’t.
If you remove the resistance, you win by default.
So if you’re not showing up consistently, it might not be your fault.
It might be your setup.
Structure beats willpower—every time.
In tomorrow’s email, I’ll share the fastest way to fail as a fractional (and how to avoid it). It's part 1 of 4 in the “How to Guarantee Failure” series. You won’t want to miss it.
(And if you missed the one about how I built a repeatable brand, you can find it HERE.)
Fractional powerhouses aren’t born. They’re built.
