We wanted to update you regarding our recent inquiry with the Ministry about the current MSA (Master Service Agreement) contract. After reaching out to Moorthy, the MSA Procurement Specialists with the Ministry of Citizens’ Services, for clarification on the MSA contract extension, we have received their response, and we are pleased to share the details with you.

The current MSA may receive a short extension (approximately 3 to 4 months), although we do have the option to extend it for one year.
We intend to send out the MSA Contract extension by 3rd week of January 2025.
Our goal is to issue a new solicitation in 2025, targeting mid to late winter or early spring. We aim to have the new MSA in place by the summer of 2025.
At this stage, it is too early to provide firm dates, as we are still in the process of obtaining necessary approvals and there are several stages to complete before proceeding.
