In this inaugural addition, we are announcing our new website, our expanding presence on social media, sharing some useful resources that will help you (or a friend) embark on a successful building design project, and, just in time for Summer, featuring a stunning residential landscape transformation designed by Partner Shen-I Chiou as part of a comprehensive remodel of his home in beautiful Marin County! While we're still in the "move-in" phase with only a select number of projects represented, we'll be adding more content regularly, so check back often.

4. FEATURED PROJECT : SHEN'S GARDEN

Exciting updates from OCA partner Shen-I Chiou! Following a recent home remodel and addition project, Shen has transformed his family’s garden landscaping with sustainable improvements. The new design includes:

🍃 Reduced lawn areas and replaced with mulch, planter beds, and ground cover

🍃 Produce enough vegetables for family and neighbors

🍃 Adding three 80-gallon rain barrels for water conservation
