Opening Message

Hi Dream Builders,

October was Small Business Month — a time to celebrate entrepreneurs, growth, and community. What I didn’t anticipate was just how full the month would be or how much I would grow through it.

From beginning the WISE (Women in STEM & Entrepreneurship) Program and Yedi's Not-for-Profit Program to supporting and attending powerful events like Roadmap to Billions, Elevate Festival, Startup Canada, Casa Foundation’s Friends of Africa, and the Canadian Council Small Business Entrepreneurship Conference, October reminded me why I started this journey to build, to connect, and to empower others to do the same.

Milestone Highlights

2️⃣ Joining the WISE Program — expanding my impact in AI, IP strategy, and business growth.
3️⃣ Celebrating entrepreneurship at Elevate Festival and Startup Canada.
4️⃣ Ending the month at the Canadian Council’s Entrepreneurship Conference — full circle moments.

October Wins & Lessons Learned

One of the biggest lessons I took away this month is the importance of building sustainable operations through workflow automation.

Whether it’s scheduling, communication, or client onboarding, automation is what allows small business owners to scale without burnout. It’s something I’ve implemented through my own systems and it’s what I will teach my clients moving forward.
