KANGOO CLUB ATLANTA – ONLINE CLASS WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

AGREEMENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By booking a class with Kangoo Club Atlanta, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in Kangoo Club Atlanta classes involves physical activity and may carry risks, including (but not limited to) falls, injuries, strains, or other medical conditions. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks, whether known or unknown, related to my participation in any Kangoo Club Atlanta class, activity, or use of equipment, including Kangoo Jumps boots.

2. Health & Medical Acknowledgment

I confirm that I am physically fit and capable of participating in this type of activity. I have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional. I understand it is my responsibility to consult with a physician before engaging in this or any fitness program.

3. Waiver & Release of Liability

I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Kangoo Club Atlanta, its instructors, owners, staff, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) that may arise from injury, illness, loss, or damage to myself or my property during or after participation in any class or event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

4. Equipment Use

I agree to follow all instructions regarding the safe use of Kangoo Jumps and any other fitness equipment provided. I accept full responsibility for any damage caused by misuse or failure to follow instructions.

5. Refunds, Cancellations & Late Arrivals

I understand that: All bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the start time of the class. Registrant must send a reschedule request via email (info@kangooclubatlanta.com).

6. Photography and video recording

I understand that for the comfort and privacy of all Kangoo Club Atlanta class participants, photography and video recording during the class is prohibited.

I acknowledge that a class picture is taken at the end of the class and participants may opt out of it. The picture may be used for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes, without compensation.

7. Online Booking Agreement

By continuing with this booking, I confirm that: I have read, understand, and agree to all the terms above. I am 18 years of age or older, or I am the legal guardian of the participant under 18.I agree that this waiver will apply to all future participation unless otherwise revoked in writing.

8. I acknowledge that: I am only allowed to use Kangoo Jumps brand rebound boots in all Kangoo Club Atlanta classes.

9. I acknowledge that: children and spectators are not allowed in the classes.
