At Fingerprint Ideas, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-made Big Head Prints that exceed your expectations. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following sales terms:

Sales Terms:

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
Orders are processed and shipped within one business day if received before 5:00 PM CST.
Custom orders may require additional processing time. We will provide an estimated delivery date at checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if we are unable to fulfill it. If this occurs, a full refund will be issued.

Order Cancellation Policy:

At Fingerprint Ideas, we begin processing orders immediately to ensure fast turnaround times. Due to the custom nature of our products:

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
If you request to cancel your order before it ships, it will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee since production has already started.

Refund Policy:

Since each Big Head Print is custom-made just for you, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:

Customer error in image selection, size, or color choice.
Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the final product.

However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we’re here to help!

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will determine the best resolution, which may include replacement, repair, or store credit.
