By joining a DMP Massages & Dry Needling Excel Membership, I agree to the following:

• Billing & Payments

Memberships are billed monthly via automatic payment. Your membership activates upon your first successful payment.

• Inclusions

This plan includes 4x 60 or 90-minute massage per month. Unused sessions do not roll over.

• Booking & Cancellation

Members must book in advance. Standard booking and cancellation policies apply (min. 12 hours’ notice). “Priority booking” means early access to peak times.

• Upgrades & Downgrades

You may change plans with at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing cycle.

• Pausing & Cancelling

Memberships may be paused (max 2 months/year) or cancelled at any time with 7 days’ written notice via email.

• Member Discounts

Extra sessions booked beyond your monthly inclusion are discounted at 15%. Discounts cannot be transferred or combined with other offers.

• Non-Transferable

Memberships are for individual use only and are not transferable.
